บทคัดย่อ	Inventory Kaizen by Applying ABC Analysis, case study of ACE ssytem Co.,Ltd. : This project aims to solve ACE System Company. For manufacturing, raw materials, spare parts and finished goods are needed. Thus, there are many parts involved manufacturing activities. However, the company’s purchaser rather not concern the inventory cost. They are many unused parts that are reordered for manufacturer and inventory record is not updated. In additions, inventory parts are kept and unshelved orderly resulting in spending much time in finding parts. Therefore, I have performed part shelving ordering and recorded inventory by using 5S. The ABC analysis is applied to evaluate and classify items according to their values. The inventory is counted and recorded in Excel. By applying the system for 2 weeks, the results show that the inventory information is corresponded to the real stock about 68.90% of items and time used for stock checking is reduced by 52.17%.
