บทคัดย่อ
A Blockchain-Based Healthcare Information System : This study aims to higher security and strengthens the health information system by utilizing Blockchain technology. Blockchain has taken an important role in data storing and sharing, while web-application is applied to make the user-friendly interface to let both stakeholders use this system. The pain point for Thai people when they need medical treatments from more than one hospital is a copy of their patient s electronic medical records (EMR) request. Currently this information is only collected as an individual use for each hospital according to the patient s admission. It is not possible to seamlessly move to another hospital without the waiting time to request the records. As mentioned earlier Blockchain technology and web-application are used to collect patient medical treatments and prescriptions. The use of private Blockchain also provides authorization mechanisms to only allow the authorized people to use the records. As a result Blockchain is made the system more secured using its strong encryption together with a smart contract technology. The userfriendly web-application is designed and developed to connect the secured blockchain database with a user. This is a very good starting point for a very huge change to higher the quality of life of Thai people in the aspect of health information exchange.
