บทคัดย่อ	Restructuring for After Sales Services Unit a case study of Alpha Company Limited : The purpose of this study is to conduct major performance turnover of After Sales Service unit through restructuring exercise. This study aims to build an interface between theory and implementation, tools and techniques that relevant on how restructuring can be conduct successfully. Upon sufficiently understood the concept and every possible aspects of restructuring to conduct on outdated system and represent a more effective working system to operate more quickly, saving costs, improving efficiency and delivering better service, the exercise took place over a year and the results were recorded from methodology used to the outcome of such practices. The learning achievement of this study was the successful change from decelerating operating performance unit to well-recognized with high capability unit and fit with the vision of the future state.
