| 1. | FACTORS AFFECTING THE ACCEPTANCE OF HYPER-CONVERGED INFRASTRUCTURE (HCI) TECHNOLOGY USAGE BY IT STAFF IN PUBLIC HOSPITALS WITHIN THE BANGKOK METROPOLITAN AREA [แสดงบทคัดย่อ] [ซ่อนบทคัดย่อ] | |

| This study investigates the factors influencing the acceptance of Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) technology among IT professionals in Bangkok public hospitals. Grounded in the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), the research aims to determine how personal factors, Perceived Usefulness (PU), and Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) affect user attitude and actual intention to deploy the technology.
A quantitative cross-sectional survey was utilized, successfully collecting data from 403 IT staff members. The gathered data was analyzed using One-Way ANOVA and Multiple Regression Analysis (MRA) to test the predictive relationships between the core constructs and identify the primary drivers of technology adoption.
The findings fully supported all hypotheses. While both PU and PEOU positively influenced user attitude, PEOU emerged as the significantly stronger driver. Additionally, age significantly altered acceptance levels, highlighting distinct generational differences. Notably, despite holding a highly positive attitude toward HCI, the staff’s actual intention to deploy remained neutral, revealing a significant “Adoption Gap”. Hospital administrators are recommended to prioritize ease-of-use training, tailor implementation strategies by age bracket, and provide explicit policy support to convert positive attitudes into actual technology adoption.

| This study aims to identify and quantify the key factors influencing member satisfaction within the rapidly growing 24-hour fitness center industry. Grounded in the Expectancy-Disconfirmation Theory data was collected via an online questionnaire. A sample of 384 adult members using conveniencesampling and analyzed utilizing Multiple Linear Regression in SPSS. The demographic profile revealed a sample evenly split by gender predominantly aged 25–34 years with a primary workout preference during evening hours. Descriptive analysis indicated that 24/7 Accessibility achieved the highest overall performance rating.
The regression analysis demonstrated that all five operational factors were found to significantly influence satisfaction. Marketing emerged as the strongest predictor followed by Perceived Safety, Accessibility & Convenience Pricing & Value and Facility Attributes. The findings emphasize that in autonomous fitness environments proactive digital communication and highly reliable automated safety systems are the paramount drivers of member contentment guiding operators to prioritize digital engagement and security technology to foster long-term loyalty.
