บทคัดย่อ
การประยุกต์เทคนิค Shipping time chart ตามระบบการผลิตแบบโตโยต้า : The objective of this study is to apply shipping time chart and shipping control chart techniques of Toyota Productions System (TPS) to improve the standard of the shipping area in order to deliver the product in time. Shipping time chart can be visually used to identify work sequence of delivery process including customer order information flow, product preparation, product checking, product loading on to the truck, and delivery to the customer. Utilizing shipping time chart, Standard processes of delivery can be defined. Manpower of each process and delivery time can be planned and scheduled. In addition, waiting post from the production is used to convey information from customer demand to the delivery process and then feedback the information back to the production. Consequently, lead time is reduced from 48 days to 35 days. Furthermore, inventory in the warehouse is lessened.
